Wild East Productions

Keep going.

Is this a Mandela effect or is my memory getting poorer? I could have sworn that Those Dirty Dogs/Wanted was volume 51. I feel like I have a distinct memory of having the four titles that followed while Those Dirty Dogs was still a pre-order.

They might have had releasing issues or something with it, I remember when they released more than one at a time - it could have been sitting in preorder for a while as others dropped. I’d have to dig my copy out to double check.

I will say you have made me really nostalgic for some of these old releases! I remember hunting for years for copies of the OOP DVDs, getting down to the wire on Ebay bids, etc. I have most of their spaghetti releases, only a couple I never got, mostly casue they had better versions available. Dunno if I’ll ever get rid of any either, they’re super formative to me and my love of the genre!

Thank you for your findings, but it’s a bit one sided, in my opinion. A lot of Wild East releases have issues. Nevertheless, it’s a nice label to collect, still.

It Can Be Done Amigo has at least one other English version, the Dutch Film Works release. I have it, as well as the Wild East version, but I don’t remember the differences, if there are any.

I encourage you all to report info that needs to be added to any releases listed in the SWDb, as well as to write reviews of these discs of course

Didn’t see Day of Anger on your list.

Ben surpased by the Arrow BluRay now of course but the only one available for ages and was quite sought after for a while. Remember it selling for hundreds at one time. Don’t suppose it does any more but then I’m keeping mine anyway just for sentimental reasons.

the cover design based on the original poster kicks ass of course, even though I wanna see one use the lesser used UK title

I remember the Wild East Day Of Anger DVD coming out, it was a pretty big deal at the time!

I am not sure I understand what you mean. I never said that they were perfect but they’re still the only way to get a lot of these films. I don’t think I was one-sided, either (I’m still puzzled what you mean by that).

Time to update the database then since it lists it as Italian only.

That’s why I didn’t include it in the list. I said:

done. it was also listed in the Filmworks catalog, but not listed on the Films’s DVD page

I am looking for the restored, uncut version (DVD/Blu-ray) of ā€œA Reason To Live, A Reason To Dieā€/ā€œMassacre at Fort Holmanā€ (1972) to replace the one stolen from my home over the course of a two-day burglary of February 4-5, 2019. Can you or anyone else please oblige me?

I’m sorry that happened to you.

Yes you have posted this multiple times now

Sure hope that there will be one out there for you.

Dear Sebastian,
Thank you for your patience. I meant no harm, and didn’t know that I had posted this request as often as you have said I have.

Sincerely,

Perry

No harm done  I hope eventually someone has the item to sell that you are looking for.

Just won my first ebay auction, the wild east double bill of Killer Calibre 32 and Killer Adios for less than £10, epic

Thank you, Sebastian. You are a true friend and most understanding fellow collector.

Damn it. Missed out on it. My heart breaks for every spaghetti western I don’t have.
