Wild East Productions

Yeah, Bounty Killer doesn’t look much better than the public domain DVD I have, which is a shame :unamused:

I don’t know about you, but The Bounty Killer print that Wild East put out is light years ahead of the garbage Spaghetti Western Bible print I have. I’d gladly take this version.

I already have the Marketing Film DVD of The Bounty Killer. I bought the Wild East DVD just for Sonny and Jed. Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Is the Ugly Ones audio still hard to hear at times?

It’s now shipping, if you’re an Amazon customer, please use our link:

I didn’t notice any problems when I was skipping thru it. I’ll update when I watch it if it hasn’t been addressed.

The screens I’ve seen of the German dvd do look better; wider and sharper. Do you know if it is cut? WE: 1:33:00 to FIN and fadeout to credits, 1:34:16 with the Spanish ending credits.

Will have a look and get some screen shots for you.

I’d be interested to see a screenshot comparison too. It looks like the German disc also has Spanish audio which would be nice to have as an option (with or without subs).

Looks like Wild East has two more double features coming list under their coming soon section. A Gemma double bill and a Steffen double bill.

Not so bothered about Anthony Steffen, but do you have any info re: Giulio Gemma double-bill??

I’d like to know…please read my threads…as I’ve just lost two Giulio’s (One silver dollar & Adios, Gringo).

Check the post in this thread from September the 29th where the releases are already mentioned.

You are in luck my friend

And it seems the Gemma feature can be pre-ordered from WE’s site directly:

Cheap price too!

Yeah, I’ve already got Blood for a Silver Dollar in another set (Best of SW - Tradition of GBU set, one of the best boxed sets out there) but for $15 shipped I’m happy with Adios Gringo

Just bought it too. Damn cheap. But damn, Wild East have to do something about their website. Had to go through the order steps twice before being able to complete the order + a lot of placeholder texts are displayed on the order confirmation page.

That said, Wild East’s site hasn’t improved in the last 15 years, so it’s probably as good as it will ever be

The Steffen double bill is up for preorder as well, same $15 shipped

Thanks for the heads up. Those Wild East preorder prices are unbeatable. I have no idea how they manage to package these and ship them to Europe for $5.

Coming April 25th:

Ramon the Mexican / California

Wow, California has been on my Wild East hope list for a while

Yes, well, it’s not going to top the Koch Media release of course  I’m more hooked on Ramon the Mexican.
