🤗 Welcome to the SWDb Community!

The academic stuff was not for everyone I guess but I like that stuff. I enjoyed it but the 2 guys I went along with skipped the academics and just came back for the screenings, the Q&A with Husen and the drinks. They were happy enough with that.

Very Cool :+1:

Got more?

I do, but they’re all packed away in storage right now, it’s going to take awhile to dig them out.

Well time isn’t an issue
Don’t rush but definitely show us more

Hi there,

Name’s BBally and I came all the way from Egypt. Been a big fan of Westerns, Clint Eastwood is quite popular in the Arabic speaking regions.

Welcome, BBally! :slightly_smiling_face:

Welcome Amigo, enjoy all the goodness the site and Forum has to offer.

A hearty welcome to you, BBally… :grinning:

Hello, my name is Perry Zanett, and I’ve loved Spaghetti Westerns on every conceivable level since discovering them at age 11. A little over two years ago, my home was burglarized, and I was robbed of practically my entire DVD collection, which included the uncut (119-min.) “Wild East” edition of “A Reason To Live, A Reason To Die” (1971). Does anyone know where I can obtain a new and unused copy of this wonderful movie?

Hi,just got into Spag Westerns in the past 20 years. Seen Keoma,The Grand Duel, and the three Sabata films on that boxed set.

Hi everyone! Not quite as experienced as everyone here, I’m a new fan of spaghetti western, in fact I only started watching last year! I didn’t get hooked on to it until I saw the trinity series haha! And after that I have seen only 30 movies or so! So I would really love some recommendations if you guys will!

Welcome to the site, Rabbitgator.
Loads to explore on here, so you’ll never be short of something to do.
A great bunch of people on here, as well.

Re: Spags to watch…
‘Sabata’; ‘Death Rides a Horse’; ‘Django’; ‘The Mercenary’; ‘The Great Silence’; ‘The Forgotten Pistolero’; ‘A Bullet For the General’; ‘Once Upon a Time in the West’; ‘A Fistful of Dynamite’; ‘Tepepa’; ‘A Pistol For Ringo’; and ‘The Return of Ringo’…to name but a few.
And - of course - Clint’s ‘Dollars Trilogy’…

A hearty hello and welcome from New Jersey to you Rabbitgator! There’s lots of fun to be had here and a lot of nice folks to chat with.

Toscano has gotten you off to a good start with some of the essential classics, so I’ll name a few more that are a mix of some essentials and minor classics:

The Five Sartana Films, La Resa dei Conti (The Big Gundown), Gli Specialisti (The Specialist), Ammazzali Tutti e Torno Solo (Kill Them All and Come Back Alone), Dio Non Paga il Sabato (Kill the Wickeds!) Per il Gusto di Uccidere (Taste of Killing) Due Once di Piombo (Il Mio Nome Pecos/My Name is Pecos), Vado…l’Ammazzo e Torno (Any Gun Can Play), Pecos e Qui: Prega e Muori (Pecos Cleans Up), Lo Voglio Morto (I Want Him Dead), Black Jack, and Un Dollaro Tra i Dent (A Dollar Between the Teath/A Stranger in Town)

Thank you! Surprisingly I saw the dollar’s trilogy way before I got in to spaghetti, but it didn’t hit me back then, maybe I should rewatch them now!

I love minor classics! I had watched 4 of the Sartana series and my favorite one are actually the 3rd one with George Hilton! I was so excited when watching it haha! Can’t wait to watch the rest of them! They are sound so cool with their mean names!
