The last exercise you got?

Phew! take it easy fellah! Sit down, have a mince pie…

Did a 4 mile walk, this morning! Didn’t see the lovely Latina jogger this time, though. :frowning:
Maybe next time!
;D

45 minutes of snowshoeing in fresh snow - kicked my ass!!!

40 minutes on the treadmill.

I’ve been keeping up my 3 mile walks every day. Occasionally, I switch it up and do a little over 4 miles (probably twice a week).
I still see the lovely Latina jogger about four days out of the week.

I think I mentioned this on another thread, but I have lost a little over 20 pounds since November. That is better than what I had expected at this point. I still need to lose another 40 pounds, though. Once I get down to around 180-190, I will be happy (even though I should technically weigh even less than that).

Congradulations, Chris! Keep it up. Remebr, try not to drastically change weight too much. It’s better to be consistant in weight.

One hour cycle today, will go for a two hour cycle tomorrow as have news it may snow again which makes it a little difficult cycling.

Chris, sounds like you’ve got great motivation with your lady friend there!

Great work and keep it up…

Just got back from an hour of karate myself.

Got myself signed up on the wife’s and son’s wii fit and had a go on that, and also went for a walk last night.

The weather was nicer than it was supposed to be, this morning. So, I had a nice 3 mile walk. Recently, during some of my walks, I have had a walking companion. A Roadrunner often tags along with me for about two or three blocks before he gets bored hanging out with me and takes off on his own! It is really funny! It is about three times out of the week that this Roadrunner pal of mine pops out of the same clump of underbrush as I walk by and he goes along the walk-way with me for about the same distance every time.
I didn’t snap any pics of him today, but I got a couple a few days ago:

Nice pics Chris!

Gym monday morning

Does he go ‘Beep Beep’? ;D
Does he go ‘Beep Beep’? ;D
…and is there a coyote about?

I figured someone would come up with these, or similar questions! Should have known it’d be you lot!

No “beep beeps”, but there is always a coyote about.

Do people eat Roadrunners ?

And where you also supposed to take a picture of a colibri ;)?
