Those Danish posters have a very distinct style, interesting. True craftmanship, but I canāt say that I like them much though. Thereās something about the drawing style that doesnāt appeal to meā¦ I donāt know, hard to explain. When it comes to poster nationalities I think I like the Belgian ones best.

Yesā¦ scherpschutter = sharpshotter = skarpskytte ā¦ correct.
The Danish poster varies from artist to artistā¦ Some are even just photomontages ā¦
I think most of the Danish posters are fine but the main reason I collect them are of course because of my own nationality. I think its more fun collecting Danish stuff than say Belgian stuff for which I have no immediate connection ā¦ Iāve seen a lot of Belgian posters for sale around and they do look nice too thoughā¦
What I would like though was MORE POSTERS POSTED ā¦ Right now its almost just Danish posters which is of course nice as long as I have new stuff to post
Alright. I donāt own it, but this is one i like very much:
Ok - I did say Iād post some ā¦ But, some of my favorites are framed up. (And I still havnāt got a host site for photies, but I think they may come up a reasonable size if you click āem) ā¦
This is my pride and joy and we all know it well.
Itās not framed up thoā ācos - now we come to the dangers of cider!!! - I bought it thinking it to be in cms. - but itās in inches. Still, who cares? I left my choir-mistressā hands ānā feet on to give it scale ā¦

Damn nice posters Reverendā¦ Love the Demofilo Fidani one with Gordon Mitchellās face plastered all over itā¦ Enviableā¦
Been thinking of expanding my collection to German material also and those two surely are nice posters ā¦ Love those German titles. Unbeatable.
See it wasnāt that hard was it
Donāt spoil her thoughā¦ Would be a foolish mistake

Reverend Danite, can I ask where you purchased your Django poster?
Yeah, these German titles are often great fun, having almost nothing to do with the original !
Some more and one Deem this time:

I am in the process of trying to photograph my collection of posters, fotobustas, locandinas, and so forth. When I brought a lot of things out of storage, I was amazed at just how much of this stuff I have!!
I really need to get a lot of these things mounted and framed (especially the two posters I have for JOHNNY HAMLET that were signed by both Enzo Castellari and Francesco De Masi).
So far, though, I have only photographed the followingā¦

By the way, I have the exact same poster for DJANGO that Rev. Danite has! Great poster! I purchased mine over five years ago from Intercard.srl in Italy. It is an original.
I will try to post more of these as I photograph them in the future.
