R.I.P. Legends Lost but Remembered

RIP to Mr. Redford. Wasn’t the biggest fan of his I have to admit, had this expression on his face in his prime days that read either as “I’m better than you” or “look at me, I’m the big time movie star”. I know he did mellow by the 90’s and early 2000’s. Had a few films like Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid and The Sting that were good.

Just saw the news on my Facebook feed, very sad and unexpected. I was starting to see more of her films recently, and I’m still planning to, as much a memorial as being a fan. What a dashingly beautiful woman she was, even into her 80’s she still carried that aura about her. RIP Claudia/Jill, you’ll be missed, but never forgotten.

Yeah, really sad news. She was an icon of Italian cinema and there’s not many left.

R.I.P. I remember watching Il Gattopardo and thinking CC must be the most beautiful woman ever captured on a celluloid.

Another legend gone - we miss you Claudia. I saw something about Claudia being in the top 50 of best looking/appealing actresses or something like that - I would be hard pressed to name any in her league.

I’ll be watching one of her movies today in honor of her.

It’s a shame she didn’t do more interviews about westerns she was a part of.

You will be missed.

That was not quite two weeks ago. This week it received a much needed restoration. Thanks to those who brought tools and gave it some much needed attention.

I just read that Renato Casaro passed away at September 30th,
As a designer for movie posters he made a lot of iconic work. Also for a lot of Soaghetti Westerns.
I just looked at the portfolio at his website. It is well worth to visit it and take a look at the work of this master
