I’m sorry you found my post “disheartening and confusing”. By “it” I mostly meant the whole political thing that has nothing to do with spaghetti westerns or movies (in this thread at least). Do you really think we need a discussion about the many varieties of marxism? Not everyone is an extreme leftist and I would hope you would at least tolerate those who are not (except the extreme right obviously…which you could start your own thread on and duke it out with Lindberg until you’re blue in the face). I’ll tell you what I find disheartening: Your use of the word “cracker” in a post I saw once.

I realize he’s talking about Major Jackson and his gang (who were racist bastards) but I think if the bad guys had been evil mexicans (like in A Fistful of Dollars) and someone called them “beaners” or something people would be upset too. I just don’t like the racism in it. I don’t think racism should be fought with racism.
