I hope this is a sign that business is good and the Koch SW releases are selling well.
I don’t think that is - and ever was - the case, but I’m guessing they don’t make too big of a loss and the odd Terence Hill release here and there keeps the business going never forget, that Koch is a huge company and the spaghettis are the most unimportant and marginal market in their portfolio, or one of them… i’m guessing yoga videos sell better though, still
If they didn’t sell enough, they wouldn’t release that much. I’m sure the Spagies don’t make them rich though.
I think the SW section is the personal hobby of Bruckner.
Whatever - I´ll keep on buying the DVDs to keep the releases up and to honor their efforts!!!
But I do agree with Dilinger - when you compare the releases of Koch Media and labels like Starmedia: These crappy releases (nevertheless I´m still happy about any SW on DVD) seem to be released for more profitable reasons: A minimum on costs for a fistful of dollars
Hope they’ll release the other Tony Anthony films, since they’re releasing Get Mean and Comin at Ya
the stranger double feature would be nice
Or the box containing all 3 of them
Would be nice with a few completely new titles also of course, stuff that’s never been out on DVD at all
I hope Tony Anthony actually gets some royalties for once.
Wasn’t there something posted fairly recently about Tony Anthony releasing these titles? I wonder if these releases are related to that news…
Yes you’re right. I read it somewhere around here, too.
That was Yourpallbearer. He’s interviewed Anthony and is the go to guy on that subject.
It was here:

Oh yes but wasn’t the release from the box also an awful NTSC->PAL transfer? The question must be if you should buy the new release if you already the one from Blue Underground. If the colors on the old Koch Media release is identical to the ones on the BU edition the new one is certainly better looking.
What about the extras do they differ from the Sollima box release?
I will check and I will post a comparison opinion between the BU and the new Koch also
