Women leads?

Heyo. Are there any Spaghetti Westerns starring Women in the lead? With all the ones made didn’t any of them star a woman?

Viva Maria - starring Brigite Bardot and Jeanne Moreau

if Hannie Caulder would be a spaghetti it would also fall into the category

Cool thanks. Anyone seen it? Is it worth seeing?

my girlfriend watched it and liked it quite a lot although she detests westerns. Its kind of a zapata/revolution comedy with lots of screwball elements, shooting, girls jokes etc… it’s directed by Louis Malle and i haven’t heard anything bad about it and the DVD seems to be pretty okay

What about Lina Wertmullers “Belle Starr”.

Baldi’s “Little Rita of the West”

I haven’t seen it but there’s also Siro Marcellini’s Lola Colt.

Also how about Corbucci’s The Hellbenders? Perhaps not the lead but Norma Bengell does have a strong role and gives Jonas (Joespeh Cotten) a good run for his money.

heey everyone: how about a little exercise. everytime everyone mentions a film title, please also provide the link to the specific database article. that way everyone learns how to find stuff in the database, and others can quickly find the films. i will (as the administrator) fill all the previous posts with the links

Found another one:

I’ve remembered another one. In Una Pistola per cento croci Monica Miguel plays a whip cracking, gunslinging villain.

admin edit:

There’s also Garter Colt starring Nicoletta Machiavelli but I haven’t seen it.

You might also want to add “Les Pétroleuses” with Brigitte Bardot and Claudia Cardinale to the list.

APACHE WOMAN THE FEMALE BUNCH HANNIE CAULDER JONNY GUITAR VIVA MARIA BAD GIRLS THE QUICK AND THE DEAD THE LEGEND OF FRENCHIE KING BELLE STAR LOLA COLT GARTER COLT

ok, but some of these aren’t spaghetti westerns.

ANYONE HEARD OF A MOVIE CALLED “BANDIDAS” WITH SELMA HAYEC AND PENELOPE CRUZ?THE LAST I HEARD IT WAS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING RELEASED,I WAS WONDERING IF IT HAD BEEN RELEASED YET,AND IF SO HAS ANYONE SEEN IT?

These are more like “Spaghetti” imposters, but there pretty good:
“Hannie Caulder”
“100 Rifles”
“Bandaleros” all with Raquel Welch
and
"The Quick And The Dead" with Sharon Stone.

as for “Bandidas” last I heard it was going to be realesed sometime next year

the trailer is out. looks pretty spaghetti-esque
