I remember suggesting The Beast to Wild East a long time ago. If I contributed towards their decision, I’m sorry for those who don’t like it. 
An excellent choice. Never seen it so am sure it’s fantastic. Never seen the movie it’s paired with either.
I think The Beast is pretty hilarious. It’s not a great film by any means but it’s funny watching Kinski trying to get laid throughout the film. As for Thou Shalt Not Kill, I remember watching the Greek VHS and liking it but I will have to revisit. It’s nice to see Wild East releasing more stuff.

I think you’ll find that’s called attempted rape - hence the film’s title ‘The Beast’ !
Not just that, he also pays prostitutes out of desperation and still manages to get interrupted.
Rather the prostitutes won’t take him on … didn’t find any of that hilarious, nor was it intended as humour.
The last prostitute finally agrees before he’s interrupted and taken prisoner by the Mexican bandits. It certainly made me laugh.
Where is the listing for The Beast/Thou Shalt Not Kill? I’m looking on their website and can’t find it.

I don’t know why they would even try to release it during a time when someone who actually owns the rights is going to release it. I guess they just didn’t know but I would think they would follow these type of things…
Of course with Synapse you can never know how long it will take…
WE would have just copied the existing release (German disc). As far as I can remember there’s lots of room for improvement so hopefully Synapse can actually get a new scan.
I really hope Synpase do release it, I love their release of Django the Bastard.
