What do you do for physical fitness and health?

I will usually do a 2,500 meter swim or work out with 30-40 minutes of it being cardio.

Cycling has been a keen passion of mine since the age of 11 and I still love it!
You do consume a fair amount of water in this warm weather though :).

Just spent 2 hours at the allotment and I am cream crackered!
I really wasn’t designed for manual labour.

We’ve got loads of allotments in our village - somebody (by the name of Sara) brought in sticks of rhubarb to the pub tonight … Fantastic! As a kid we used to peel 'em and stick 'em in sugar - I found cider makes a reasonable alterative. One of my 5 a day (or even two) ;D… that’s gotta be healthy!
