Hi guys

I’m new to the forum (thanks to Scherpschutter and JD of Fistful of Pasta who directed me here)… quite obviously or I wouldn’t be posting in the “welcome” thread, lol. I am by far NOT an expert in the genre - even though I’m familiar with it overall (SWs were quite often on Italian tv when I was a kid in the 80’s after all).

What else… my favorite SW is probably For a few dollars more, for its emotional intensity. I tend to associate it with Kill Bill v.2 for that reason Oh and I write from Italy so, if my nationality/native language can be of any help, feel free to nudge me

Howdy folks!
I’m diabolik from Denmark, 44 years old, work at a library as a librarian, webmaster and system-administrator…
I’m not a huge collector of spaghettiwesterns as e.g. søren or shootgringoshoot, but I do have my fair share of spaghettiwesterns on danish ex-rental VHS and foreign DVD’s!
My main hobby is collecting danish ex-rentals, primarily euro-trash like horror, adventure, sleaze, gialli, crime
I’ve been collecting for the past 20 years and has a collection of approx. 2000-2500 ex-rental tapes and approx. 2000 dvds…

You shouldn’t by the way be fooled by Diabolik’s modesty… Eventhough he describes himself as not that huge a spaghetti western collector he’s probably got more Danish sw (and certainly every other genre) tapes than I do, that lucky bastard
