šŸ¤— Welcome to the SWDb Community!

Hello I just joined this forum and figured I should introduce myself to you all!

My online handle is MABUSECAST on my twitter, YouTube channel and my Letterboxd!

I first got into westerns in general through the euro/spaghetti western variety several years ago!

I’ve since gotten into all kinds of western movies back in 2021 and I felt like this would be a good place to talk about/discover more of these kinds of euro-western films!

I have seen all of sergio leone’s films (including his non-western films!) and most of the major Sergio Corbucci directed ones, (alone with one of his peplum films!) and have seen several of the random other ones!

I very much love all kinds of movies, but love ā€œgenre moviesā€ in particular!

Thanks and if you don’t mind here links to my letterboxd, and youtube channel!

Yet another new SWDb Community member. I’ve used the database off and on, in an attempt to buy DVDs or Blurays. I am old enough that I actually watched SWs in the moviehouses in my small town. They usually ran them on Saturday Afternoons, alternating with Hammer films, etc. This circa 1968 -1972. I was one of those guys who actually really liked the second Stranger film, but then I hadn’t seen the Dollar films yet. I have no particular insight or wisdom to impart, other than these films did help me appreciate women of Italian heritage. Oh, I now live in Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett country, so I did live longer than either of them, making sure I dont let folks sneak around me in the dark, or approach me from the back. However, it is nice to see that SW are still making fans

Welcome aboard mi amico, there’s lots to enjoy here and tons of cool people to interact and chat with. That’s so cool you got to see some of the SWs at movie houses back in the day, what a cool experience that must’ve been. Wow, living in the area of New Mexico Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett once walked the roads of, experiencing Western history firsthand, doesn’t get much more exciting than that.

Welcome to the ā€˜SWDB’, Steven. Glad to have you on here. :cowboy_hat_face:
