here the new one:

18 Duck, you Sucker!
19 And God Said to Cain
20 God Forgives…I Don’t

I can’t help to put “Kill them all” in the list, it was soooo entertaining. And i don’t know if The Mercenary or Duck your Sucker was better. I think from a “technical point of view”, Duck your Sucker was better. But i don’t want to get rid of anyone of them, so this is my final contribution.

;D ;D

Thank you very much, Dorado.

A note from the Deputy office:

This web site has no prejudices against Zapatas, and distances itself from any anti-Zapata resentments. Also no Zapatas were ever harmed in the making of this web site.

Its you we should thank Stanton.

Thanks for the good work you put into making the top 20 list.

Well, the payment is good …

For now, Stanton, that is my list. In my previous lists, I always stayed away from Leone because he was always so far ahead of everybody else. But GBU has always been my favorite. I always considered Blindman to be the most enjoyable to my most base instincts. Films like CWC, Tepepa, GS, and such are all good films but not as satisfying to those lower more primal instincts. Though a great many films in my new list aren’t as action packed, they’re all heavily stylish and I’ve always liked Style over content on low budget cinema like this.

I just had a look at my list. Man. It is really hard to make them lists, innit? I think the Spaghetti taste is an ever changing thing. It pretty much depents upon your latest experiences, good old memories, the desire of being different…

I think a reconsideration of my top20 is imminent…

It was much easer to do a list when I was still a newbie. But when I watched so many films its hard to narrow it down to 20.

Yes, you’re right, Colonel!

Think it was much harder. Nearly all the Spaghettis you’ve seen makes the top 20 then!

back then?

Will you shock us…

IMO no one round here can be shocked by anything…

So, here’s the old one:

  1. The Great Silence
  2. The Good, The Bad And The Ugly
  3. Duck you Sucker
  4. Django
  5. Once Upon A Time In The West
  6. Fistful of Dollars
  7. Light The Fuse… Sartana Is Coming
  8. For A Few Dollars More
  9. My Name Is Nobody
  10. A Bullet For The General
  11. Death Rides A Horse
  12. The Mercenary
  13. California
  14. The Dirty Outlaws
  15. Kill And Pray
  16. I’ll Sell My Skin Dearly
  17. Face To Face
  18. The Big Gundown
  19. They Call Him Cemetery
  20. And God Said To Cain

And now the new list:

  1. Duck you Sucker
  2. The Good, The Bad And The Ugly
  3. The Great Silence
  4. My Name is Nobody
  5. Big Gundown
  6. Fistful of Dollars
    7 . Django
  7. For a Few Dollars More
  8. Death Rides a Horse
  9. A Bullet for the General
  10. Blindman
  11. Light the Fuse… Sartana is Coming
  12. Mercenario
  13. Once Upon A Time In The West
  14. Vendo Cara la Pelle
  15. California
  16. Companeros
  17. Face to Face
  18. The Dirty Outlaws
  19. And God Said to Cain.

So, genarally I realized that GS is no more my top one. I rewatched it and it was more boring than I remembered. Kill and Pray and Cemetery were dropped for Blindman and Companeros mostly for their better abiltiy to entertain.

My sectret darlings Vendo and the Outlaws are still there.

Nice seeing DYS on the top.

I don’t know how that could have happened!

Me neither

Hope it wasn’t this reason, which is at least a reason, but not a really good one for our great aim (even if I forgot for what we have aimed at, but it must have been something noble).

Well, if you don’t know Stan? Who else?
