My feeling is that it might be a rather early Rosalba Neri film, maybe when she was around 25-28 years old or around 1963-1966 or so.
But the hairstyle might indicate something else, anyhow I just wildly guess Niente rose per OSS 117 from 1968 mainly to provoke another clue perhaps 
You’re in the right area of the 1960s … but to specify too much would give it away too easily
