This film’s director was responsible for two of the big ‘Disaster’ flicks of the 1970s, one, very successful, the other infamously a financial disaster.

The movie is, ‘First Monday in October’ (1981) starring Walter Matthau and directed by, Ronald Neame, who made my old fav’, ‘The Poseidon Adventure’, and the disastrous disaster, ‘Meteor’ (1979)

I was thinking it might be Michael Winner’s comedy heist film, ‘The Jokers’ (1967) … but it is clearly ‘The Sandwich Man’ (1966)
