Hey Amigos and Amigas,
I had my follow up with the surgeon on Thursday and got a clean bill of health. They had to test my gallbladder for any signs of ulcers and cancer spots and luckily everything came up negative, I only had the already diagnosed chronic inflammation. I can slowly reintroduce spicy and acidic foods, drinks, and condiments now, just have to keep up moderation for a while as my body has to regroup and find a new to make digestive enzymes. Still have bouts of pain here and there, but they said it would a few months before I feel completely normal again. Thanks to everyone for their positive thoughts and well wishes.
