Definitely better in English or Italian with subs, but itās not enough to turn it into an interesting film. Some remains of Corbucciās once superior style, but it all went quickly downwards after Companeros.

I personally quite like this one but I absolutely despise the āgirl somehow falls in love with the guy whoās been raping and abusing her for half the movieā trope.

I think the misogyny was probably intended to be funny, but just got way out of hand ā¦ I wonāt make any excuses for it however.
It is a pretty miserable little film, definitely not funny, and also quite boring and pointless - The only reason for me to keep a copy is out of historical interest ā¦ and to follow up on comments made, I donāt think any 4K restoration will improve the palatability for the viewer.

How the hell can you not see difference in misogynist film and film with misogynist character? This is a damn good film about fucked up relationship.
