I loved this film. IMO it was a a solid spag, but with much more heart than usual. It was great seeing two giants of the genre playing against type, with Steffen so animated and Fajardo so sympathetic. Maybe it was my mood, but the melodrama worked for me. Plus, it’s always good to see Frank Wolf doing his slimy thing. I also loved the score by Francesco De Masi, which was reused in another film I really like (La sfida dei Mackenna).
