Love this one! Very underrated
It is and it puzzles me how shit spags like Djangos Cut Price Corpses (Wtf does that title mean?!”) has a Blu Ray release but movies like ISMSD is buried in obscurity… Anyway I’m very happy with the DVD-r transfer from your South African tape… Would like to own that one aswell

Pretty sure it almost always comes down to access to prints and release rights / cost to obtain. The lesser titles are probably either much cheaper to buy rights to, or a company just happens upon a good print to use. While better titles may be harder to find good prints or might be held up by whoever does have them.
Unfortunate, there are several really great spags that have yet to see proper restorations (or even just decent quality transfers).
