Is this going to be his last film? I thought he was going to quit directing after 10 films. Weird choice for subject imo.
Is he going to have Samuel L. Jackson play Charles Manson?
By his own count he’s only made eight so far; I guess he’s counting Kill Bill as one movie.

This Manson pic, and maybe one more western with which to say goodbye?
Tarantino’s movies exist in their own, pure-fiction universe. With few last ones he seemed to become increasingly interested in referencing real world and not just other movies and pop culture, but still this will be weird (and interesting): a Tarantino movie based on real events.
I like my westerns less talkative than this guys.
Looks pretty good, I honestly never would have guessed that Tarantino would ever have done a film based on a true story never mind a film with that kind of subject matter. It’ll be interesting to see what he makes of it.
Yeah he does.
Hope so I think he should do a loose western trilogy, and given his love for spaghetti westerns he probably will.
16 years in the making… Tarantino.info’s forum also makes a comeback.
Quentin’s next film is slated for release on August 9th, 2019 which will be the 50th anniversary of the murder of Sharon Tate and her friends by the Manson “family”. Apparently it’s not going to be directly about the murders, though. According to the plot description:
“Set in Los Angeles in the summer of 1969, the film focuses on a male TV actor who’s had one hit series and is looking for a way to get into the film business. His sidekick—who’s also his stunt double—is looking for the same thing. The horrific murder of Sharon Tate and four of her friends by Charles Manson’s cult of followers serves as a backdrop to the main story.”
Lt. Vincent: “You know what they call a, uh, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese in Klingon?”
Cpt. Jules: “They don’t call it a Quarter Pounder with Cheese?”
Lt. Vincent: “Nah, man, they’re a murderous warrior species, they wouldn’t know what the f**k cheese is.”
Cpt. Jules: “What do they call it?”
Lt. Vincent: “They call it a Quarter pounder je nIm wIb ngogh.”
Cpt. Jules: “Quarter pounder je nIm wIb ngogh.”
Lt. Vincent: “Thats right.”
Cpt. Jules: “What do they call a Big Mac?”
Lt. Vincent: “A Big Mac’s a Big Mac, but they call it TIn Mac.”
Cpt. Jules: “Tln Mac.” [laughs] “What do they call the Borg Collective?”
Lt. Vincent: “I dunno, we didn’t discuss the Delta Quadrant.”
Happy early Holidays. Go all Tarantino this season with a whole bunch of lists we compiled for you (not just for Tarantino fans)
Leonardo Dicaprio will play "an actor who had his own Western show… from 1958 to 1963… his attempt to transition to movies didn’t work out and in 1969… he’s… contemplating going to Italy which has become a hotbed for low-budget Westerns” in the Manson-related movie being prepared by Quentin Tarantino.
So he’s making a biopic on Clint Eastwood?
All there is to know about Tarantino’s 9th feature, now called … drumroll… Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

Eh, not another once upon… film. They should leave that title in peace already.
Will he be putting his iTunes playlist into this movie, like he usually does?
