Has anyone in here seen Wild East Productions version of The Violent Professional? and if so is it better than the Vipco version?
I do not know, but I currently have a copy of this film on the VIPCO label for 2.99 on E.Bay
Thanks, but I already have the Vipco version ![]()
I have both versions and i would say the vipco print is marginally better but not alot.
I have the Alan Young Pictures (AYP) version which is double with Almost Human. Good quality but english audio had few scenes with no sound but it didnât bother too much.
Thanks to both Yodlaf Peterson and Bill san Antonio , I wonât have to upgrade from my Vipco version then.
this morning i had 2 dvdâs arrive from stopgapdvd, The Shark Hunter and Blue eyed bandit.
i see that the great Maurizio Merli in âSpecial cop in actionâ is also coming out soon, i canât wait!
Looks like I will have to make a purchase from this seller in the near future
watched my dvd of THE SHARK HUNTER this afternoon, Enzo G Castellari sure knows how to make good crime movies, and the unforgettable Guido & Maurizio De Angelis score âOn an island far away, thereâs a man whoâs got no cheese to grind!â How do they come up with these lyrics!
Franco Nero shows yet again that he and Castellari Make a great crime team, just like Maurizio Merli and Umberto Lenzi were an excellent pairing.
I think they must be jerking each other off when they write some of these songs.
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D!
maybe they were smoking something. if so i want some of it too
probably crack! ;D
i also love the lyrics to Dune Buggy and one of the songs in Mannaja.

This film is just amazing, great score by Morricone. Too bad they didnât include French audio on the dvd.

I have been waiting for this for a while.
Does anyone know how many crime/cop-films they actually made in Italy during late 60âs to early 80âs?
Loads, i have been collecting them for many years and still come across ones iâve never heard of!
