I am afraid that my completist nature got the better of me. After trading for Volume 1, I caught Volume 2 on sale and bought it.
This was also on sale and, since I’ve been on a Sonny Chiba kick as of late, I bought it as well. I love that cover!
Peter Cushing chasing vampires in a Gothic Horror from Hammer is nothing new but now we kick things up a notch and add some martial arts into the mix!

Nice haul mi amico. Got that Street Fighter set too, though I gotta admit I’m tempted to double dip with the Arrow UK release. I have almost the entire filmographies of Jean-Pierre Melville, Mario Bava, and Mel Brooks, with certain exceptions of course, so I totally get why you had to go for part 2 of the Herzog set. Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires was just OK I thought, not bad, but could’ve been way better.

I only paid £3 for both ‘Raid’ films. Never seen them, but I’ve read on ‘IMDB’ that they are pretty darn good, and well worth viewing…

Just pre-ordered this wonderful gothic tale from ‘Amazon UK’. Made for TV in 1973, this beautiful adaption of the classic ‘Frankenstein’ legend has always been one on my favourites.
It’s due out on Monday, 27th March.
Also just bought these on BD…

88 have definitely upped their game lately. They apparently released House on the Edge of the Park uncut. Hats off to that, and fuck you to the BBFC

The Sonny Chiba kick continues. Got this new from a guy off eBay for $22 including shipping.
These two weren’t really on my radar until @Toscano and @Dean were talking about them so, since this set was on sale, I decided, “Why not?”.

Nice pickups there mi amico, Cauldron Films is a rising star company and I have a feeling they’ll soon be up there with the likes of Arrow Video, 88 Films, etc. Radiance Films just announced The Bride Wore Black as a future release, definitely gonna pick up their edition. I’ve got the Sister Streetfighter set too, still need to dig into it, but I’m sure they’ll be great. There’s always room for Paul Naschy too.
