[DVD] Latest and Upcoming Releases

why don’t all those members in here who have trouble (also financial/shiping) ordering from German retailers post what they want, and someone like me, who lives around the corner from a dvd store here, buys it and sends it by private mail, and we do the money stuff by paypal

Sounds like a splendid idea if you are able to help out.Don’t want this to turn into a burden.I’m interested in the latest releases
as long as they have English audio or English subtitles.Has Bury Them Deep been released in Germany? Yankee a coveted title.

if it has been, it might be listed in the database, take a look

Bury Them Deep has a French release with French audio.
Yankee no release as of yet.Rumored Koch was to make
available this year with English subtitles.

Yes, Koch Media are apparently releasing Yankee in August, that is, next month!

I haven’t heard from Koch about this yet…

But mentioned here http://www.spaghetti-western.net/forum/index.php/topic,20.45.html as being part of the bunch they release in August, or is that plan changed yet again? Koch Media is frustrating me. Everything they’ve released has been more or less pristine. Great quality. But it’s been so awful long since they released something new.

X-Rated’s next spaghetti western release is due out tomorrow: Der Galgen wartet schon, Amigo aka Il Venditore di morte aka Price of Death.

Ha HA, it seems they release now every SW with a newly changed title, and there’s always an AMIGO in it.
Idiots.

Mediocre film, by the way.

THanks for the info…i’ll be looking out for this one. Yeah it’s not the best film out there, but at least it’s finally got a release…

I’ve been wanting Bury Them Deep for some time now. Don’t suppose you (or anyone) knows a place that will actually export the dvd to the UK? I know that Cowards Don’t Pray had a French release (as Django Ne Prie Pas) but couldn’t find it on Amazon .Fr and none of the French sites i looked at would post to the UK…

i dont get XRated anyway… but i think i’ve mentioned that before
their title mess-arounds are bizarre, too, yes

I believe this is the one you’re looking for:

Shame there is no english language track.

Yeah, that’s those bloody French. Re-dubbing everything into their own language like the Germans… Hopefully an English-dubbed or subtitles release will surface (best bet would be Wild East, I gather).

looool
as if English were the “original” language in spaghetti westerns… hehe

Touché… Didn’t say English was the original language (although many were filmed in English I believe), I know they were filmed without sound, BUT English IS a more ‘fit’ language than say German (or French or God forbid Danish (though only movies for children are dubbed into Danish so would never have happened). The best way to view a spaghetti western though is in Italian with understandable subtitles IF not too many American/English actors are included. Say The Good, The Bad and The Ugly I will only watch in the English-dubbed version.

Too bad. You are a non-paypal’er I presume?

Paypal has been O.K for me so far, but I know others have had problems…
