I am not sure. I know that the label has new owners and the first tile under new management is horror “Monster Busters”. Maybe X-Cess is formed by former staff of X-rated.

Lol, shocking were still getting fullscreen releases, pity, La Bataille de San Sebastian is a movie I haven’t seen. 
Its always fullscreen when it plays on TCM for some reason
The TCM version I saw was widescreen I think.
