Thanks Phil H!

hm, hope it was something juicy

Actually preferred Coffin for the Sheriff even though Blood at Sundown was where most of my expectations lied. Watched it today.

Cool stuff, especially the Pecos double.

Sure hope it’s an improvement compared to the Thai DVD. So far the Dutch VHS is still the best way to view this.

wow!!! ā€˜his name was king’ one of my favorites!! 8)

Great stuff. Such a range of titles there, something for everyone…I hope  .

Well, I read some reviews and stuff on these, not overly excited for any except for His Name Was King and maybe Pecos, but glad I have some time to work at picking up WE’s later releases I was looking to get ;D

I think In Colt’s Shadow is the best film out of these. And Gunfight at High Noon is one of the best pre-Leone sw’s.

The first Pecos film was released in Japan a year ago, I would expect WE to simply copy it (the video). As for the sequel… the French TV recording?

Haven’t bought a WE release in a while but I might just go for that Pecos double bill if they do actually release it.

I updated the list on monday, but didnt find the time to enter details

Would not surprise me  .

Yep - interesting bunch.

I’ve never seen His name Was King but seems to get a bit of love around these parts…
Gunfight at High Noon - never seen either - but had it for years, in what looks like good quality on the version I have…

I’ve only an old video of In a Colt’s Shadow - found it a bit talky, but remember Tigger liked it, and not much else - so another go in a friendly and better format would be good.
Savage Gringo - I don’t even know what this is :-\ so worth a look…

My Name is Pecos - loved this gritty mexi-Woods offering to bits, so a better version is worth a look for sure…
Pecos Cleans Up - as a sequel this looks like an unrelated and inferior piece of shit to the former, but have never managed to get all the way through this light-hearted nonsense yet… I’m not particularly impressed with another version no matter how beautiful a print… BUT…

all in all, at least one on each of these I’d like a go at - so I’ll probably get all 3 - for better or worse…
