German DVDs with English sound or subtitles

Hello, “3 silver dollars” starring C. Southwood, has any subs in it ? Other doubt is the quality of this dvd, has a bad reputation. Is that true ?

regards

Only German dubbing. No subs (?) And: The DVD is crap. Very bad picture quality! Very bad sound quality! Worse than VHS!!! Keep your hands off!

Can anyone tell me if Starmedia’s release of Adios Gringo has any english options? Also, what picture ratio?

Amazon.de says it’s 4:3 (although they don’t mention it’s fullscreen)
They also mention only German audio

I have the Italian DVD, it’s widescreen but has only Italian audio

Ok. It’s what I suspected. Thanks

Let me try and find mine …

It’s 1,85:1, only german audio.

There will probably be a new high class DVD by New in the near future.

The next SW release from NEW is ‘Reverend Colt’!!

As scherpshutter said, German audio only but apparently 1.85:1 aspect ratio. The OAR is 2.35:1 though so still cropped. The Japanese release is OAR and has English dub for those interested.

Not the best unreleased spaghetti western around but always nice to see a new release and especially nice that New Entertainment is following their California release up so soon.

Three covers. Here’s one:

Specs: 1.85:1 anamorphic. English, Italian and German dub.

Nice!

wow cool, cool thing. too bad their Bandidos release wasn’t uncut back then, but still, widescreen restored prints make some cuts digestable…

Interesting that both Reverend Colt and California have had a Franco Cleef release, although the Franco Cleef California widescreen ratio is cropped of course.

Yes let’s hope the FC-‘releases’ doesn’t hamper the selling of the New Entertainment releases. Would be a damn shame. But of course people who got the unofficial releases will of course run out and buy these as well. I have no doubt

I reckon so :).

btw the recent Cjamango release by Koch sports English audio, not noted on the cover. i made the corrections in the database

Does anyone know anything about these MCP releases?

Audio and sub options? Quality?
They are currently available on Amazon.de and are priced pretty cheap.

Your question is a bit older. But you have until now received no reply ? :o

The first movie is Arriva Sabata / Sabata the Killer.
The second movie is The Crazy Bunch.

Both movies are there DVD’s of X-Rated.

These DVD’s are from the Austrian company MCP. This is a company in the low price segment. Both DVD’s have only German audio. And almost no extras. The quality should be similar to that of X-Rated. I know it but not sure. I do not have both. Since X-Rated published no more Spaghetti Western, it may be that they have transferred the licenses. MCP is also releasing since a month for example, the movie La più grande del Rapina west. Also there had been previous X-Rated released.

And caution: The most of the DVD’s by MCP are cut.

Been upgrading one of our catalogs. Still need to re-order the items and add those missing, but in terms of the style, I think it looks neat

“The Gib Gundown” ;D

But really, that does look cool! I think it would look better organizing first by blu-ray titles then by dvd titles, to reduce the instances of repeated titles in both formats.

Ok I will consider that, and obviously I fixed the typo, thanks.
