What Film Are You Watching Tonight?

Yes, not a bad little film Alligator, I remember first watching it in the Moviedrome series on BBC.2

just got back from watching 300 , awesome ,adrenalin pumping and inspiring, im not usually one for cgi crap but it totally works for this film.my highest recommendation. I plan on seeing pathfinder at the cinema also, hopefully good movies are finally being made again .

Personally, I think that movie looks like shit. Like your watching some computer game. I think I’ll stick with Rudolph Mate’s The 300 Spartans.

THE BROOD starring Mr. Oliver Reed and directed by David Cronenberg.

It is the U.S cut which contains extra footage to previous U.K editions, and is on The Anchor Bay U.K label.

a great film, i haven’t watched it for years, i may have to pull my old U.S laserdisc off the shelf soon for a viewing.

Oh God i caught this film late one night, years ago. Those damn creepy kids! I’m hardly ever disturbed by any films but that one gave me the creeps :-[

and that baby being born outside the womb! :stuck_out_tongue: grotesque!

Just finished watching.

I will not spoil for you all, but we have some new grose scenes in the U.S cut.

Oliver Reed was underated as an actor, and hey lets not forget, this guy starred in an Italian Crime Film (Revolver), what more could you ask of an actor in the 70’s?

Revolver is definately Sergio Sollima’s best crime movie, and what a beautiful Morricone score

watched Bruce Lee in ā€œFist of furyā€ (a.k.a. The Chinese connection in the U.S)

ā€œThis time your eating paper, the next time it’s gonna be glass!ā€

probably Lee’s best Hong Kong film.

I could not agree more, Revolver is my favorite italian crime film.

Yes, really lovely music to the film.

Revolver is a class film.

I have not seen this one for many years, but I recall it was good fun for this type of stuff.

Watching a Horror/ Thriiler tonight called WRONG TURN.

Looks like some elements are in their from films like THE HILLS HAVE EYES and DELIVERANCE.

wrong turn is great, a group of peolpe get stuck out in the wilderness and have to escape from a bunch of mental inbreads!

Sounds like County Offaly here in Ireland! They eat their own children down there.

To my shame, i’m actually watching ā€œAmerican Ninjaā€!! I just find it so amusing, and i guess i have a bit of a soft spot for those old 80’s action films…

Nothing wrong in that Silver, as I tend to like them myself.

Well. i’m, glad i’m not the only one! Ever seen ā€œAvenging Forceā€ by any chance?

No, not heard of this one.

Are you watching this one next?

But, its the sort of title I would have have gone for at my local video store in the eighties.

Do Cannon films do American Ninja do you know?
