I’m sorry to tell you, and you may be dissapointed in someone you trust as good authority but that ain’t true… I’m sorry. 
It does count as your “2 litres of water a day” so there’s something to be happy about :

Well I used to be a cider drinker in my younger youth, but my stomach cannot take the stuff now.

CIDER yet again - which is quite appropriate as I’m doing a 70’s vibe with the music, and this is also what I used to imbibe in my ‘younger youth’. Maybe I’ll nip down to the park, and later I can vomit on my shoes and recreate the complete experience again … sigh!
This is becoming a bit of a nostalgia day today.
Never got too trolleyed on cider although it was certainly the drink of choice for any discerning 70s teenager. Woodpecker over Strongbow usually with an occasional Coates thrown in for the sake of variety.
But I do remember one particularly nasty episode involving an empty stomach and a Party 7. How I got home in my platform shoes is still a mystery.

Chargrilled chicken with rice and vegetables. Couple of mugs of tea.
Decided to have a Beer, just for a change of course ;D.
