Vote for Your Top 20 US Westerns

If you use Excel for the calculation, there is a simple formula which does the job it for you.

EDIT: Seeing as this is the “Chief” polling thread on the Western board, would it be possible to make it a “sticky” thread here, like the Top Twenty Spaghetti Western thread is?

Good luck with that, John. I tried to get the Alternative Top 20 thread made sticky but it never was. Only Seb can do this I think.

This board needs a Deputy Marshal. One who is regularly in the forum.

Bible Joe, you really have a soft spot for half-westerns and close-to-non westerns …

Yeah, what can I do. I just noticed that, while I compiled the list. ;D
And I never would have thought that there would be so many silent films in it.

At least you have one I never heard anything about: Until They Get Me (Frank Borzage, 1917)

I’m going to be very lenient and allow them all except for Once Upon a Time in the West which is classed as a Spaghetti Western and therefore comes under a different list. If you want to just change your list and omit it and add another film, than I’ll count the list.

Bible Joe I’m beginning to wonder if you actually like westerns at all. Either that or your parameters for the genre are the absolute widest I have ever seen. :o

No prob.
