Un genio, due compari,un pollo blu ray

Hi, anyone purchased this blu ray from eagle pictures, just wanting to make sure before buying if info correct regarding movie.126 mins long with English subtitles.

All I can say is that the data in the SWDb comes from the back cover. Back covers aren’t always correct but if they’re not, it’s a decent enough reason to return the product

I posted a question in Italian on our Facebook channel, maybe someone there bought it and could confirm

@Corm so one fella on FB just posted “confirmed” so the specs in the SWDb must be correct, no extras though. I would still like to see an accurate minute:second runtime count from the bluray player posted by someone

I’m hoping someone can confirm that’s actually bought it, as you mentioned not all info on back covers are correct and it’s a pain in the butt to send it back.thanks anyway for trying.

This disc contains identical version to the VOD from Amazon Prime, only now it has a healthy dose of grain. It’s almost complete cut of the film - the only thing missing is a cca 45-seconds bit from the bordello scene in which some bum is arguing with Bill about a price for Lucy. You can spot the cut in the background music right before Bill goes to grab a chair. However, as far as i know, this scene was present only on VHS from CHV; even the old italian DVD does not have it. This new release also has the Titanus logo and original opening and closing credits (almost all previous releases have no logo and the titles are redone). The absence of english audio is no big loss if you ask me, especially when subtitles are properly translated from italian version. This is not just the best release so far, it’s the ONLY good release. The cover sucks though…

Yes..that’s good news, will just go ahead now and buy .

Sounds like this might be the best thing so far, but also not the hardest release to beat if anyone were to use that material, filled up the cut scene and added English audio and a ton of extras

From my experience of buying various versions over the years is that the main omissions are.

  1. The opening pre-credits scene of the “Indians” attacking the shack. Ending with the guy dropping his chicken leg in the pan.
  2. The song by Miou Miou in the bordello
  3. The final shot of Nobody seated in profile with Monument Valley behind him. I think the camera zooms and tracks during this shot to change perspective.
  4. This isn’t point 4, just a question as to whether all three of these scenes are in the movie.

It’s been shown on YouTube I believe uncut.
