Title most deserving of a proper dvd release?

I have 2 fullscreen versions, and as far as I know every released version is fullscreen.

I think I see it without problems if a fullscreen version was made from a 2,35:1 film. Most of the camera angles look strange, not so in Black Jack, and there are not the so typical half cut or out of the frame persons, and especially the position of the credits says/cries open matte.
You also see it if it’s the 1,78:1 compromise of a Techniscope film, it’s not as obvious, but you/ I see it.

Bruckner mentions only widescreen, whereas he normally names the widescreen proces if it’s an anamorphic one (every 2,35:1 film in 35 mm is an anamorphic one).

99% sure

Il mercenario, of course

Uncut version of A Minute to Pray, a Second to Die

El puro (please, please)[/quote]

Couldn’t agree more.

plus (IMHO):

Black Jack
Duel In The Eclipse
Clumsy Hands
Death Walks In Laredo
My Name Is Pecos
32 Caliber Killer
The Relentless Four
His Name Was Holy Ghost
Belle Starr Story
Get Mean

And i would add:
Taste of Death
Specialists [english version]
I Am Sartana Your Angel of Death [official english version release]
Last of the Badmen
White Fang [Fulci]
Dead men ride [english version]
Guns for San Sebastian
John the Bastard
What Am I Doing in the Middle of the Revolution
The Ruthless Four
Silver Saddle
Death Played the Flute

uncut version of Bullet for Sandoval.

hehe I said it would be difficult…

my nr 1 at the moment would be Blood at Sundown, but yes there’s dozens I’d like to see remastered and in widescreen.

hmm I hadn’t even heard of Black Jack… is this some sort of hidden gem? I guess I already know the answer to that one…

Oh, yes.

Oh yes, too

i think " california" with guiliano gemma, an under rated later entry in the spaghetti genre

There are several versions of this out there. Franco Cleef is the one I have, but also available is one put out by New Entertainment. The FC version is NTSC the New Entertainment is PAL.

Hope you can pick up a copy of California…as Mr. Burns would say: “Exxxcellent”

I forgot to mention A Stranger in Paso Bravo. Possibly Steffen’s best.

Yes please!!!
Unfortunately, I had to watch a low quality fullscreen VHS rip - but better than nothing…

  • The colt is my law
  • Savage guns
  • $20.000 on no. 7
  • A bounty killer for Trinity
  • His name was Pot

has this one been mentioned already:

The Tramplers was viewed the other day and proved to be excellent viewing.

What are some Spaghettis that have no official spaghetti release? I know Taste of Death doesn’t but it really should. Maybe a WE release of it would be good since it doesn’t really feel like a Koch release. Yes, I associate Koch Media with a curtain feel. As I do with Blue Underground, WE, and C’est La Vie.

Another with an undeserved lack of official release is Holy Ghost. That does kind of feel Kochish. Theonly widely available version of it I know of is Luminous who are kind of like the Thomas Weisserof DVD-R sites. Everybody has em’ but everybody complaqins about em’. Especially their shitty service.

There is a better dvd r version of Holy Ghost in widescreen.

From where may i ask, i don’t have a copy as of yet.

I got my copy in a trade, and not bought   ;D .
