In the town of Hartlepool, in the north east of England, there is a street named after Ennio Morricone and is known as Morricone Avenue!
Not sure if there are any other streets in the world which have been named after actors/directors/music composers who were involved in Spaghetti Westerns movies!
Hartlepool is famous for a hanging a monkey which was washed a shore when England was at war with France during Napoleonic Wars. The residents of town questioned the monkey! As it could not speak English, they hung it as a French spy so the legend goes!
