The Guess a Movie Screenshot Thread Version 2.0

I think that’s, Whit Bissell in the last pic … so, as a wild guess, ‘FLOOD!’ ?

It is Whit Bissell…but not ‘Flood’.

More pics from this 70’s film…

Now, a film with SW connections and one from a major blockbuster of the early 1970s …

Oh look! … it’s my namesake !

‘A Dog called… Vengeance’ (1977), AKA ‘El Perro’?

Well done … yes indeed, and the 1970s Blockbuster connection was, ‘The Exorcist’ and actor, Jason Miller.

Back to you, Toscano

Thank you, Aldo.
Gotta admit that it took me a while to suss out the correct answer!

Right, try this one…

Wild guess time again … could it be, ‘Attack’ (1956) ?

It’s not ‘Attack’…

This one was made in the 50’s.

2nd wild guess is, ‘The Young Lions’ ?

Not ‘The Young Lions’, Aldo…

This one featured an early appearance from an actor who went on to feature in the SW’s…
It’s worth carefully studying the bottom photo…

Is that Richard Harrison bottom right?

It’s not Richard Harrison, Phil…but it is an actor who went on from SW’s to become a very successful film producer.
A few years ago he appeared on stage in Los Angeles with other SW stars (Richard Harrison included), to chat about his experiences in the Western genre…

Is that Damon? It has to be right? Between Heaven and Hell? I have seen that movie but I still cant recognize it. :man_shrugging:

It is Mark Damon, but it’s not ‘Between Heaven and Hell’…but you are very, very close…

The film above was made in the same year…1956.

This film is ‘Screaming’ for a correct answer…

Ahh, Screaming Eagles. I dont know it. Is it any good?

You are correct, Diamond. Very well done, amigo. :+1:

‘Screaming Eagles’, (1956).

I’ve never seen it myself, but thought it might have a few people stumped, which it did.
By the way, the photo I found with Mark Damon in the film, is the only still that I could locate.

Over to you, Diamond.

Special mention, also, to Aldo, and Phil H, who also joined in… :+1:

French classic with many cool actors and iconic music.
