Pistol for One Hundred Coffins (1968). Peter Lee Lawrence vehicle co-starring John Ireland
Well done, @TheyCallMeGoldMod
Your turn.
Stumped! … well done ![]()
Not much! LOL … but I think it could be ‘Adios Gringo’ ???
I think you’re right. The guy in the salon could be Righi, and Jesus Puente is running in the background of the third picture.
That’s who I spotted too, haha … also, ‘Adios Gringo’ was filmed with some strange widescreen process that make all the vertical shapes appear curved, like the anamorphic lens wasn’t set up correctly when originally being filmed … I thought this was a flaw in the first print I watched, but I think it’s designed to be shown on a curved screen ?
Interesting question. It’s true that most (all?) shots have a slight fisheye look. It’s most noticeable in wide angle interior shots in the doctor’s house. The question is if all available versions are based on the same faulty ‘scan’ or if it’s indeed on purpose for a special screening environment. I can’t imagine it was an error during filming. What professional makes this kind of error for several weeks? ![]()
I’m sayin’ nothing! LOL ![]()
There’s a 1970s Michael Caine film, The Silver Bears’, which has the same problem, both on DVD and TV broadcast … so, who knows, drunken director of photography???
That’s the one. Over to you
A pure guess here…‘Gallipoli’ (1981)?
Not ‘Gallipoli’ … but not a bad guess ![]()
One of the actors seen here appears in a now famous Australian thriller/horror franchise
Will a few more screens help ??? LOL
Here we go anyway.
The actor I mentioned before has a key role in the ‘Wolf Creek’ series.
OK … one last clue - The lead actress has an unusual name that might make you think of ‘fisticuffs’ ![]()
That’s about as much as I can do for y’all.
‘We of the Never Never’ starring Angela Punch McGregor?
Thank goodness for you, Montero - perfect answer. Your turn ![]()
