Database page: Banditen vom Rio Grande, Die - The Spaghetti Western Database
Three female school teachers head down to a small village which has a small army detail. The village is raided for army weopons by bandits and the teachers are taken along to the bandits camp. Things slow down action wise now till the end. The most interesting character is a doctor who has taken up with the bandits.
Viewed the film via a recent U.K pre cert VHS tape I picked up. Film has a western feel alot of the times. But when the helicopter appears ( mainly at the start and the end of the film) and a few jeeps for good measure this is not really a western for me. An ok film to watch though.
