Best wishes I…I…Idiot. I hope they won’t cut out one of your "I"s.

Well, just getting geared up for a trip to New Orleans ! We are leaving Saturday and staying for a week. We’ve got a hotel in the French Quarter booked and I’m really really looking forward to this trip as I’ve wanted to visit the Big Easy forever.

We have somewhat of an itinerary but any thoughts from those who have been ?

I hope you’ll get better soon I… I…!

Hope you get better I…I! Till then, watch a lot of SWs ;).

First of all, Pacificador, I’m jealous. Some places to try in the quarter are - the Acme Oyster House(ice cold beer and terrific grilled oysters!), Pat O’Brien’s(gotta have a Hurricane or two out in the courtyard), and Cafe Beignet(beignets and coffee in the morning-greatness!). It’s hard to go wrong at any eatery in New Orleans. You might try to visit some of the old plantation homes and, check out the cemeteries while you’re there. By the way, have fun and…be prepared!

Thanks buddy, I actually had the Acme on my list! The cemetery tour is a must as well and I believe there’s a historic walking tour we can do as well.

Probably will gain 10 pounds at least on this trip I’m thinking!

I’m praying for you buddy, recover quickly…
Sorry for not wishing you well sooner…
Best of luck…

All the best I…I.

Jus’ saw this poster on ebay - that seems to be celebrating 50 years of sws (a bit prematurely?) - but what’s it advertising tho’? - A film, a season of films, or a documentary, maybe?

I goggled ā€œmolti desperadoā€ and got nuthin’ for my trouble.

I’m just doing the Reverends convention holy Easter crossword at the club…
I’m stuck on this one…
ā€œJesus was nailed to thisā€ (2 across) _ _ / _ / _ _ _ _ _ … it’s got me beat
any help?

Just got home yesterday & boy did/does this suck. Minor surgery turned into a major one. I’ll need another surgery in a few weeks to complete my recovery. But I’ll tell you this, it’s better to be waited on by cute nurses (& that includes my special one at home) than my flamboyantly gay male nurse (yeah, he said nurse) I had on night 4. It was time to go. Thanks for all the support. It means a lot.

Glad to hear you are on the mend brother. Best way to get better properly is to watch lots of great movies and get the wife to fetch and carry for you as long as she’ll stand it. Always works for me.
