Right, I’ve got my timetable for SpagvemberFest 2021 all squared away. No theme to speak of this year, not after last year’s brutal gauntlet. I mean they’re all titles I own on blu-ray (or they will be once that Sabata set shows up) so, tenuous as that is, it’s a theme of sorts I suppose. It’ll have to do anyway; this year, I intend to thoroughly enjoy a month’s-worth of tasty, tasty spaghetti.
Is it too early to get organised? Well, it’s only 51 days away, gringos…
I’ve got a good chunk of my Spagvember viewing list ready too. So far ten on the list will be first time watches, and a lot of rewatches of ones I haven’t watched for a while. I’m hoping to purchase 4 more German discs before November starts.

I’m doing the same this year I think. Finally have enough BluRays to fill a month of viewing so will be working my way through them starting with the new Vengeance Trails Box Set which I haven’t dipped into properly yet.
I will kick off this years 'fest with some overdue watches of a stack of spaghetti blurays that I haven’t seen yet (in my, shelf, all those discs that still require watching are pulled out by an inch or so, and there’s too many spines that are pulled out that way… time to fix it)
I think I will start the month with a George Martin tribute. I have 13 of his spags in my collection so that takes up just under half the month. After that, I think I will move on to Anthony Ghidra and then on to Robert Hundar.
I acquired a multi region blu ray player recently so will be giving that a good workout. I’ll search out a few new ones on the usual YouTube channels but certainly won’t be trying all new after the frustration last year
Got my Spagvember Fest schedule down so far: alternate between new discs and rewatch discs. Waiting on transferring my next eBay monthly statement into my debit so I can get a couple more German releases.
Just log on to check if this was already in motion. Great to see it is, count me in. I have no big planning for the month but I guess I’ll rewacth some titles this year contrary what I’ve done last year. Check some recent buys and intent to check the titles available in Prime service (Portugal), betting there aren’t many there. November is always a difficult month in the job, but I would love to be able to see one movie a day. Lets pray.
I already have many many movies on my list for the month, more than I can watch in a month. Ill do two movies a day until I get my number up to 400, and after rewatch some that need refreshing and some favorites as well, im expecting another great fest!
Change of plan for my Spagvemberfest schedule.
I’ve decided to do a tie in with my poster collection so will watch films that I also have a poster for. Have bought a few recently so thought it might be a fun theme.
I’m going to give this a try this year. I’ve really slacked off in my spaghetti western viewing, so this should help me catch up. Though it will probably drive my wife crazy.
I’ll stick to my well-established strategy to view 15 new ones, 15 rewatches, well, hopefully I’ll manage to watch one per day. But you know what, I haven’t seen a spagh for almost a year, so I definitely feel craving for watching a bunch.
I’ll try and watch these. Some that been on my to-watch list very long, Killer Kid rewatch since I just got the Koch DVD (only watched on VHS before) and then end with a Corbucci streak.
I’ve kind of head start… Being asked to participate in a local podcast about movie remakes, I’ve suggested Stranger in Passo Bravo Vs. And God Said to Cain. The remade version is notable better but I was well impressed with the original. Far better than I recalled.
