There is no threat for this unusual western so here goes.
This is a 1980 euro western directed by Jose Luis Merino and without any of the familiar spaghetti western faces.
The movie was shot around Pinos Puente/Olivares/Sierra Alvira - to my knowledge there were no other spaghetti westerns shot here.
This is a Spanish western and does not feel like any other spaghetti western.
The story is about a rancher Zackary Carter who announces to his family, on the eve his wedding to his younger bride, that he has sold his ranch and is to divide the cash evenly among his family present - including himself.
Zachary is shot from outside the meeting room and in the confusion the money disappears. The death is blamed on an indian called White Buffalo, so 7 family members, including the bride, set off in persuit, despite the sheriff warning them off. Each of the 7 family members is assigned a deadly sin: lust, gluttony, wrath, sloth, pride, greed and envy.
As the chase goes on, the members are killed 1 by 1, as a result of their particular sin.
This leaves Lon/lust and Ann/greed facing the indian, who turns out to be the ranch foreman called Stephen, who has been working with Lon for a fee, and Lon has the stolen money.
Lon assaults Ann then she shoots him with her hidden derringer. Stephen takes the money and heads from New Mexico into Mexico, leaving Ann to be caught by the sheriff.
The sheriff has the word out on Stephen and he is attacked by indians at the border and killed.
This is not a great movie but it has an interesting plot.
