Hal Needham, director, screenwriter, actor, stunt coordinator and stuntman extraordinaire has died. He was 82. Hal was in over 60 westerns, two of which were Euro-westerns “100 Rifles” as a stuntman and “Take a Hard Ride” as an actor, stuntman and second unit director. Needham died in Los Angeles on October 25 after short battle with cancer.
