Random things SW actors do in many of their films

Let’s list random small things SW actors seem to do in many of their films. I’ll go first

  • Anthony Steffen: Rolling and shooting
  • George Hilton: Scratches his jaw when he’s thinking
  • Fernando Sancho: Evil cartoon laughter and that goofy shooting style
  • Clint Eastwood: Smoking cigars

Pedro Sánchez (Ignacio Spalla): not sure how to call that, but he always forms his lips almost like he wanted to kiss and then does this kind of wiggle of his mouth.

Oh, and possibly my favourite: Gerard Herter always has a close-up in which he raises one eyebrow. :joy:

He definitely does have a funny style.

I would say Gemma with twitching that scar under his eye.
George Ardisson always seems to pout - almost to the extent of duckface.
Kinski with his bulging wide eyes of rage.
And probably Milian with his mouth twitching and tutting.

Of course I never actually counted them, but I believe there’s a good chance José Manuel Martín was involved in a rape or attempted rape more often than not in his westerns. What a character to be typecast as.

He always looked the part.

Good thing that Glenn Saxon shoots him early on before he gets any ‘Rapey’ ideas, in ‘Django spara per primo’

Lee Van Cleef - the cobra-like gleam in the eyes, and that menacing chuckle. He also has a particular way of returning his revolver back in his cross-belly holster.

Also: lighting up his ‘trade-mark’ Meerschaum pipe…

It’s bit ironic. He is Ringo in this one. I guess even Ringo misses sometimes.

Well remembered … I wonder how many Ringos, Djangos, Sartanas, and even, Sabatas exist in the SW world?

He’s called Ringo so he can be killed by Django.

But of course the real Django also killed Ringo in Django.
