I haven’t seen this mentioned elsewhere on the forum but Winnetou star Pierre Brice passed away a few days ago.
I enjoy the occasional Winnetou film, they are often a lot more slickly produced than their Italian cousins and have some very nice looking locations.
I think Brice is a real icon for a certain generation of people.
