Music to Run By

I tried listening to music when cycling once…bad idea for me as nearly killed myself as was not concentrating enough.

A German proverb says:

Sport ist Mord (sport is murder)

Well I run on the treadmill generally so there’s not much risk of getting run down by an 18 wheeler

Fair point  .

Not in my neighbourhood. A car crashed through the side of the house that my Grandmother once owned.

I don’t quite know how to respond to that… :o

It also depends on your liking. I think there is some good electronic music to run too. Depends on if you want aggressive stuff or mellow, which also works.
on a sidenot running is a bitch, no fun at all

so a possibility is minimal techno, because it is kind of dull and keeps you going:

@ valenciano: I don’t mind a bit of techno but most of the stuff I have heard would be on soundtracks (i.e. Blade II ). And you’re right, I don’t like running but how else do you burn off beer and pizza?!?!
