Looking for these titles

Hey all! Just thought I’d throw together a list of some titles I’ve been looking for int one concise thread. Drop a reply or PM me if you are willing to part with some of these:

Wild East: (I know, these are some pretty hard-to-come-by titles but I thought what the heck)
Matalo!
If You Meet Sartana Pray for Your Death
Beyond the Law/The Grand Duel
A Fistful of Trailers

Bounty Entertainment (Australian):
The Law of Violence
The Revenge of Ringo

Ocean Pictures (Brazil):
I Want Him Dead (El Quero Ele Morto)
El Cisco
One Hundred Thousand Dollars for Ringo (Cem Mil Dolares Para Ringo)

C’Est La Vie (UK):
Vengeance Trail

Can’t help out with any sales Jonny Powers but here’s a pic of all the Global / Southern DVDs I have in my collection, I think there are two trailer compilations available also. It should be noted non are particularly good quality, Fedra West is the only anamorphic DVD (incorrectly flagged) but that print is very beat up.

Thanks man! Disappointed that Man Called Invincible’s spine is flipped though :frowning: I know the quality can be pretty terrible (both the release and the film), but considering these are the best and/or only releases for these films, I suppose it can’t be helped. How is the quality of Brother Outlaw, Chapaqua’s Gold, and The Revenge of Sartana both in terms of entertainment and A/V quality?

I seem to remember that His Life is Mine is fine quality (Koch Media-one probably better though) and that there Man Called Invincible also looked ok as far as I remember. They are not all total sh*t

Brother Outlaw and Chapaqua’s Gold / They Call Him Veritas discs are 4:3 presentations, The Revenge of Sartana (widescreen anamorphic) has pal to ntsc problems where the picture is terribly jerky throughout the movie. Funnily enough they must have used this DVD as the source of the version on the cheap Westerns Unchained Blu-Ray, as The Revenge of Sartana on there limps along also. His Life is Mine and Man Called Invincible are ok but non-anamorphic widescreen presentations.

Is it better or worse than the Sinister Cinema release?

Sorry. I am not familiar with that release. If you are after the movie itself I would go for the one released by Koch Media. Looked very fine when I watched it a week ago.

By the way, the left-overs from the old XPloitedCinema are still being sold I can see. He has Fedra West, And Now Make Peace and some others from those South African labels. E.g. this but check the other items being sold from the same seller:

Yeah, he’s where I picked them up from

Ah

Well he also sells the Southern DVD They Call Him Veritas / Chapaqua’s Gold … Don’t think they are released elsewhere. You may have that also of course

Ah, no I didn’t see that one when I was looking through his selection! Wish I’d added it to my order when I placed it ::slight_smile: Oh well, I suppose I’ll pick it up when my next paycheck comes in ;D

Updated with some more titles!

I’m also after Matalo and Beyond the Law/The Grand Duel. Vengeance Trail is very cheap on amazon.co.uk:

Thanks for the tip! Just ordered ;D

No worries. I hope you enjoy it. I’ve had Vengeance Trail in my collection for eight or nine years now. It’s nothing special but there’s some good scenes, especially the fight with the Indians in the desert. It’s just a pity the second half of the film isn’t as good.
