The Blue Underground release is still available no?
Maybe you get a used one one amazon markerplace or ebay…
I would love to see Koch Media put out a “Petroni Box” (as they did with Sollima), including all 5 of the SW titles-- Death Rides a Horse, Provvidenza, Sky Full of Stars, Night of the Serpents, and Tepepa. I know-- easier said than done. They need the rights, access to all the original negatives, some confidence that a five-disk set will sell, etc., etc. But I can always hope! The only one I’ve seen is Death Rides a Horse, but it was a print of absolutely miserable quality…
The film Night of the Serpents was never released in Germany.
And Koch Media released the DVD’s mainly for the German market.
The foreign or English market would be in its own statements not a big consideration at Koch Media.
And Koch Media will not synchronize the film.
Perhaps a German TV station will synchronize this film for a TV broadcast. But the possibility is very low.
And getting the rights for all 5 would also be unlikely.
Besides Petroni is maybe less popular here in Germany than in other parts of the SW world.
Too bad. But I can hope!
I also hope that Koch keeps up with the Rainbow Collection. Amazon.de just mailed me one of the two scheduled for this summer, the other one apparently delayed until January. (May God Forgive You…)
I just love these films. Since I posted my Top 20 last September (having seen ~60) I’ve seen another 50 or so… Big changes to my next Top 20.
Korano would cream his pants if this became a reality hehe
I think there’s still no German DVD of Night of the Serpents and Tepepa out there. So I maybe wouldn’t cream my pants, but I would really appreciate such a release or at least any release of Tepepa…
Apropos Rainbow collection… have you seen Koch’s Italian SW expert Bruschini on “Die Letzten Zwei vom Rio Bravo”?

Then why not just prepare an altered one?
For the Rainbow Collection. At the moment it seems that #27 will be the last, and that they will start instead another SW series in early 2011.
What about the excellent Italian release with loads of special features and the soundtrack?
I have 3 or 4 possible “contenders” to watch and when I’ve finished I’ll be sure to post a new Top 20, Stanton.

Shame about the subtitle options.
I own them (except N°1) all and love them all. Only negative comment I would make is that the docu is in German only.
I am looking for N°1 Töte Amigo. Anybody willing to sell his? Please contact me. I can’t find it anywhere
