I’ve just pre-ordered ‘The Hellbenders’ BD from ‘Amazon UK’…it’s due out on October 6th.

I wouldn’t mind getting this but I already have another Blu and don’t want to double-dip.

Received 4K discs of GBU and FFDM this morning from Arrow. FFD came a few weeks ago. These are sans poster, booklet and Sad Hill disc, which I was prepared to forego. I mention this because none of these discs were available elsewhere as far as I could see (except at silly prices). I assume Arrow have now restocked.

My blu of The Forgotten Pistolero came the other day. A lot quicker than I expected :+1:

Let us know how it is!

I wanted to order this blu, but it’s only Region A.

Running time?

I recommend a multi region player.

But I second the second question: a player running time confirmation would be great and any other details that could be confirmed for the swdb

My DVD player is multi-region, but a multi-region Blu-ray player is too expensive for me at the moment.

Most well-known versions of Forgotten Pistolero have a running time of about 80 minutes and are classified as cut, newer versions on YouTube are 83.5 minutes long, this corresponds to a DVD running time of 80 minutes at 24 frames per second. And the Italian DVD from Hobby & Work has a running time of 89 minutes according to the back cover. Therefore, it would be very interesting to know the running time of the Blu-ray and whether it is uncut.

What a bunch of mooks then for putting “90mins” ok the back cover.

So, can those who bought it, please pop it into the player for us and confirm the following:

  • exact running time
  • really Region A or does it just say so (often the case)
  • what are the extras? Website and back cover say trailer, but we know there’s and interview on it… how long is the interview?
  • Are the transfers on both discs exactly the same aside from the language options?

I’m off work today but still have a few things to do. I’ll try and find time to have a look for you :+1:

Back cover of the Italian Hobby & Work DVD is wrong. Actual running time is 80 minutes 5 seconds. (PAL).

@Admin The English disc runs 1.23.24, contains no extras and seems to be region free. I’ve tried setting my Blu Ray player to A,B,C and D and it’s worked every time. Just going to check the Italian one.

Edit: I’ve just put the Italian one in and it runs the same length, has two extras; an interview with Leonard Mann and a trailer, and looks the same picture quality to my eyes though I’ve only put them in just to tell you these specs. It also seems to be region free, forgive me if I’ve done something wrong and they’re not though :joy:

@Admin Sorry about the delay mate I had to shoot out for a birthday meal :joy: The Leonard Mann interview is 34 minutes long to the second.

Cauldron had a sale recently and I got this for $8 specifically the standard edition
But they sent me limited edition with the cd, no slipcover though and it wasn’t sealed. Looks like new. Lucky me I guess

That’s basically the soundtrack to Have a Good Funeral Sartana Will Pay isn’t it?

Yes , and in DIO IN CIELO… ARIZONA IN TERRA too.

Won an eBay auction, and my Wild East blu-ray of The Ugly Ones arrived yesterday
