26 C and muggy! Not my kind of weather…
It’s a bit cold for the season these days (22-23° C) and rains at least once a day… It was a nice change after the first heat wave but it’s getting annoying >:(
Here in Seattle, it is still beingSeattle weather wise but it’s getting a bit lighter. Cloudy two days ago but sunny yesterday. Overcast today with sun then rain then sun, then showers, then 90 F!
I remeber a trip to Chicago 2 Summers ago:
The whole week, the s\weather was terrible and our plane had to reroute to Detroit to find a better landing spot due to storms. The whole week, we had Chicago humidity with showers and thunder. Oneday while driving home from the city, it was really nice out. Over the radio they were saying a storm was moving in. NOT A CLOUD IN THE SKY! But 10 minutes later, the loudest lightning I ever heard hit right acrossthe street and for 30 minutes, we were scared shitless. Basement flouded, windows shook, and branches all around the block. 30 minutes later…SUNNY!!! Afterwords, they said the storm was the equivalent of a category 1 hurricane! :o
That’s Chicago for ya. :

Rainy Days like this always reminds me on the following quote of Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump:

You can have it. I’m not a farmer so I’m not too fond of being indoors this time of year. It was a long winter.

It’s my complexion, I…I…Idiot
I spent some time in hospital because of a terrible sun-glare when I was twelve years old and ever since then I’m very, very reticent as far as sunbathing is concerned; I also get a headache very soon when I stay outside for a long time on a sunny day. It’s hot and sunny these days, so I’m practicing a little for my holidays : I stay outside every day a little longer.
Since spaghetti westerns were shot in Southern Spain, I decided at the age of 12, when I was in hospital, to write about spaghettis in the future, not to star in them
I’ve always liked rain because it always gave e an excuse to stay inside. I don’t like being around people too long so I stay inside. I hung out with friends yesterday though. Rain and clouds are very mysterious and I like the feeling they give.
