"Homage" to Morricone's spaghetti western music by guitar legends

Just came across this and I’ve got to say that it has me pretty excited. Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton, and Derek Trucks are about to begin work on an “homage” album to Morricone’s spaghetti western music. This could be awesome. I hope it comes to fruition.

I don’t know much about Italian westerns so I don’t comment. I’m learning ones to watch from you fellows though that I can find on the Roku. This is something I know something about though. I saw all 3 of those guys numerous times in my youth. I would listen to them even if they were doing kiddie songs. This sounds wonderful.
