I need help identifying a spaghetti western: in the first scenes the protagonist meets a cowgirl with a crippled horse that needs to be put down. in the last scene the same cowgirl in a stable shoots the sheriff who tried to arrest her, however she is killed by the sheriff, she falls and there is a close up of her face with a fly crawling over her wide open eye.
