Good books on spaghetti western film?

Can anyone recommend any good films exploring the spaghetti western era?

Can’t go wrong with this list:

Howard Hughes’s books on the genre are pretty good, also our own Mike Haus aka DjangoisMe has put together some fine anthologies that mixes interviews with actors, directors, film reviews, and special topics

Word of warning regarding Alex Cox’ book 10,000 Way to Die. In my humble opinion Cox is a snob and if you read it you shouldn’t take his word as gospel.
The Christopher Frayling book Something to do with Death is a long read but worth it.
